Classes

Classes resume Monday 10th and Thursday 13th February 2025. 

 

Classes are split into age groups to allow girls to mingle and meet other girls of the same age. Age groups are according to your age as of September 1st.​

 

Classes run based off school terms. However, please note - Classes run during the school holiday period between Term 3 and Term 4 (September).

 

Novelty days are celebrated throughout the year, enhancing our club spirit and community involvement. 

2025 Class Times

Monday Classes - Tharawal Public School 70 Gerald Rd, Illawong

4:45pm - 5:30pm   3 to 8 years 

5:30pm - 6:15pm   9 to 12 years

6:15pm - 7:00pm   13 to 16 years

7:00pm - 7:45pm   Seniors (17+ Years)

7:45pm - 9:00pm   Ladies

Thursday Classes - Lugarno/Peakhurst Uniting Church 909/911 Forest Rd, Lugarno

4:00pm - 4:45pm   3 to 8 years

4:45pm - 5:30pm   9 to 12 years 

5:30pm - 6:30pm   13 to 16 years

6:30pm - 7:30pm   Seniors (17 + years)

7:30pm - 9:00pm   Ladies

Class Attire

Girls and ladies are advised to wear something fitted like a leotard, tights, or active wear.

It is easier to move around in something like this rather than loose items of clothing.
We also ask hair to be tied back and away from your face.

Club merchandise can also be ordered from Maureen to wear to class and competitions.

EP Petites (3-4 Year Old Class)

Our preschoolers class is specially deigned to introduce your little ones to the basics of physie! With a brand new syllabus, petites will learn how to wiggle and dance with their friends while learning exercises of posture and positions. All music is age appropriate and modern, including The Wiggles, Hi 5, Cocomelon, The Fairies, and many more.
